I did not save in Bishkek and rented a car. The price is more than reasonable and in general I was pleasantly surprised by the normal service. If you rent through any intermediaries, then most often they pretend that they have nothing to do with it and if something happens suddenly, they take off all responsibility from themselves, then you will not find the culprits.
